朱帮助，教授、博士生导师，南京信息工程大学商学院院长，致力于能源市场与碳市场、能源经济与气候政策研究。主持国家自然科学基金3项、省部级科学基金7项；以第一或通讯作者在Springer出版专著1部，在Omega、Ecological Economics、Energy Economics等发表SSCI/SCI论文40余篇。排名第一获省部级政府一等奖、二等奖、三等奖等6项。获省部级领导正面批示和成果采用6项。

报告简介：

This study try to find the inclusive effect of income growth attributed to the development of energy infrastructure. By investigating an individual-level dataset obtained from the Chinese Health and Nutrition Surveys, we explore to what extent improving the quality of energy infrastructure in rural China affects income distribution. We find that energy infrastructure improvement contributes to rural income growth and helps to narrow the gap between rural and urban regions in China. The inclusive growth effect is more pronounced in the eastern region, for the poor, for the educated, and becomes significant over time, followed by the middle region and the lowest in the west.
